Art Directors Guild Awards announces 2026 winners – including Frankenstein and One Battle After Another

The winners of the 2026 Art Directors Guild Awards have been announced – with Frankenstein and One Battle After Another among those taking top prizes.

After scooping Production Design at the BAFTAs last week, Frankenstein’s Tamara Deverell and her team took Period Feature Film, while One Battle After Another won Contemporary Feature Film.

Elsewhere in the film stakes, The Fantastic Four: First Steps beat the likes of Superman and Avatar: Fire and Ash to Fantasy Feature Film, and KPop Demon Hunters won Animated Feature Film. 

In TV, Palm Royale won in the One Hour Period Single-Camera Series, Andor took One Hour Fantasy Single-Camera Series, Severance scooped One Hour Contemporary Single-Camera Series, and Monster: The Ed Gein Story was named Television Movie or Limited Series champion.

Rounding out the television winners were The Studio, for Half Hour Single-Camera Series, Mid-Century Modern for Multi-Camera Series, Saturday Night Live for Variety or Reality Series, and SNL50: The Anniversary Special for Variety Special.

Meanwhile, Florencia Martin scooped Commercial for her Prada campaign and Shane Valentino took Short Format & Music Videos for “Someday” by Spike Jonze.
