Previs Pro announces release of Previs Pro 3–and new free pricing tier

Previs Pro, developer of the popular storyboarding software, has announced the release of Previs Pro 3–dubbed a “significant evolution” that unlocks powerful new ways for film and video creators to visualise, plan, and communicate their stories.
This update promises to transform the storyboarding platform into a fully animatic previsualisation experience.
This comes through the introduction of Animatics, a “game-changing” feature that incorporates motion, timing, and pacing directly into the visual planning process.
Users can now animate scenes moving cameras, actors, props, and lighting–offering an immersive and accurate way to convey creative intent, without the steep learning curve of traditional 3D or video editing software.
In a major step toward accessibility, Previs Pro 3 also debuts a new free pricing tier, making its professional-grade tools available to everyone–from students and indie creators to studios and agencies.
Free plan users can generate unlimited watermarked storyboards, use up to three AI-generated props, and create one animatic sequence.

Light Grade enables users to intuitively shape the lighting of their scenes, adjusting mood, time of day, and tone with just a few taps or natural language prompts.
This feature significantly accelerates visual development and enhances pre-production quality. Thanks to its built-in AI-powered features, Previs Pro centres you as the creator of each shot; framing, blocking, and styling your scenes with custom props and lighting conditions.
